Benjamin W. Redekop was born in 1796.  Benjamin W. Redekop's father was Wilgelm D. Redekopp and his mother is Maria Rempel.  His paternal grandparents were David Redekopp and Anna Berg. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Wilgelm W. Redekopp, David W. Redekopp, Maria Redekop and Maria Braun.  He was the second youngest of the five children.  Benjamin W. Redekop is no longer alive.
